Built from the other side of the leadership table.

I spent over two decades sitting on the other side of the table, as a Global CHRO, building HR functions from scratch, hiring leadership teams, cleaning up culture messes that nobody wanted to touch.

Somewhere in those years, I noticed something. Most HR consulting felt disconnected from the actual business. Pretty decks, generic frameworks, and very little that a founder or CEO could actually use on a Monday morning.

I started Talent Potential Consulting to fix that gap. Not another HR vendor, but a partner who’s actually sat in the CHRO chair and knows what keeps a leadership team up at night.

Today TPC works across India, UAE, Singapore, and the US, helping companies find the right leaders through executive search, and giving growing businesses access to senior HR leadership without the full-time cost, through Fractional CHRO and HR as a Service.
